George Harrison; Isn't it a Different Pity?

When George Harrison released his first post-Beatles album, 1970's All Things Must Pass, it contained two different versions of "Isn't It a Pity."

Next Friday's 50th anniversary reissue of the iconic album contains five versions, three of which have never been released – the original studio demo and two outtakes.

One of those outtakes, "Take 27," is now streaming and it provides insight into Harrison’s creative process and the different arrangements and instrumentation attempted in pursuit of the perfect take.

Friday's release of this outtake is accompanied by an animated video.
