Mike Campbell and Ron Blair of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and Randall Marsh of Mudcrutch are reissuing their long out-of-print 1997 album of surf instrumentals. Recorded under the name Blue Stingrays, Surf-n-Burn will be out digitally and on vinyl September 24th.
