Elton John has given a shout-out to the new album from The Rolling Stones, Hackney Diamonds, which came out on Friday.
Elton was invited to play on the album by its producer, Andrew Watt, who produced six songs on Elton's 2021 album, The Lockdown Sessions.
The other special guests on Hackney Diamonds are their former bassist Bill Wyman (with Elton and the late Charlie Watts on "Live By the Sword"), Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Lady Gaga and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers keyboardist Benmont Tench.
Hackney Diamonds is on target to debut at number-one in the UK, which would make it their 14th number-one. The Beatles have the most with 15.
