Sammy Hagar and the Circle will headline their second Rock Legends Cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas, which departs from Miami on Thursday.
This is the 11th cruise, and joining Hagar are Billy Gibbons -- who headlined the first one in 2011 with ZZ Top -- Rick Springfield, Bret Michaels, Collective Soul, Jefferson Starship, Canned Heat and many others.
Hagar did his first Rock Legends Cruise in 2018, but he was a little hesitant because he's susceptible to seasickness.
All the acts do three shows in a variety of venues on the ship, which makes a stop in the Dominican Republic on Saturday before returning to Miami on Monday.
All proceeds from the sold-out cruise go to the Native American Heritage Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting hunger and providing basic life necessities to families living on Reservations in South Dakota.
Sammy Hagar's 'Best of All Worlds' Tour, also starring Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani, and Jason Bonham, along with Special Guest Loverboy, will perform at Dos Equis Pavillion in Dallas on Thursday, August 22nd.
