The 11th Rock Legends Cruise is in the books as it returned to Miami this morning and it was smooth sailing aboard Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas.
The weather cooperated as Sammy Hagar & The Circle, Billy Gibbons, Bret Michaels, Rick Springfield, Collective Soul and many others provided the entertainment, each doing three shows over four days. Hagar, Anthony, Springfield, Gibbons and Michaels also took part in Q&A sessions in the Royal Theatre with Premiere Radio’s Sal Cirrincione.
This was the second Rock Legends Cruise for Hagar & The Circle, and their first show since last October. With Sammy splitting his time between Northern and Southern Califpornia, along with Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, bassist Michael Anthony in Southern California, guitarist Vic Johnson in Northern California, and drummer Jason Bonham in southern Florida, Sammy and Michael told us during Friday's Q&A that they weren't able to rehearse.
