Ringo Starr is out with a new song. It was released Friday, and we have it up on our page if you want to check out “February Sky”. It’s from his forthcoming EP, Crooked Boy, which will be released on limited-edition vinyl for Record Store Day on Saturday and to streaming services April 26th.
Also out with new music is Paul McCartney’s son James McCartney who released a song titled Primrose Hill which he co-wrote with Sean Lennon, the youngest of John Lennon's two sons. And David Lee Roth has shared a new Latin-tinged track called “Scotch and Sofa” on his YouTube channel. In other new music news, Slash has shared his cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Oh Well" with vocals by country singer Chris Stapleton. Check it out on YouTube. The song is on the GNR guitarist's new blues album, Orgy of the Damned, which comes out May 17th.
Brian Wilson's duet with the late Glen Campbell, "Strong," is out now. It appears on upcoming album, Glen Campbell Duets — Ghost on the Canvas Sessions, which comes out Friday. The album also features duets with Carole King, Eric Clapton, Eric Church, Dolly Parton, Elton John, Daryl Hall, and Brian Setzer.
