Born on this day in 1952, David Byrne, founding member, principal songwriter, and lead singer and guitarist of Talking Heads turns 72. Byrne has received Oscar, Grammy, and Golden Globe awards, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002 as a member of Talking Heads.
