Released on this day in 1979, Candy-O is the second studio album by The Cars, and was the soundtrack of my freshman year of high school. With cover art by pin-up artist Alberto Vargas, and featuring the Top 20 hit "Let's Go", as well as "It's All I Can Do" and “Double Life”, the album has gone on to sell more than 4 million copies worldwide.
