Sammy Hagar Shows Off His Adult Toys

Sammy Hagar has posted a video showing part of his car collection, which is housed in his warehouse in Northern California.

One of them, a 1960's Ford Thunderbird, belonged to the late Ronnie Montrose. Hagar was the lead singer in his band, Montrose. He says he restored the Thunderbird and one day he'll auction it to raise money for suicide prevention. Montrose took his life on March 3rd, 2012.

Another of Hagar's cars, a red 1972 Ferrari Daytona, also had a famous former owner -- late adult film star John Holmes.

At the time, the car was the fastest production car, topping out at 1980-miles-per-hour. Hagar has owned it since 1985 and jokes that if he ever goes broke, he'll sell it as it's "worth a lot of money."

As previously reported, Hagar is starting to sell off some of his cars.

His Cobra, built in 2020 and a continuation of the 1962 model, is available for $279,950 at the Hillbank Motor Corporation in Irvine, California.

And in October, his 2015 La Ferrari will go on the auction block at Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's estimated to sell for upwards of three-million, if not more.

Michael Anthony, Hagar's bandmate in Van Halen and The Circle, is also a car collector, as well as a boating enthusiast.

He recently posted a video of him in his hot tub outside his Southern California home because the tide was too high for him to fit his boat under the bridge.

Sammy Hagar's "Best of All Worlds" Tour stops, along with special guests Loverboy, at Dos Equis Pavillion in Dallas on August 22nd.
