Happy 70th Birthday to Michael Anthony. The former Van Halen bassist was interviewed by Ultimate Guitar and revealed that there’s still plenty of unreleased music from the band just sitting around. “There’s probably miles of stuff. I mean, you’ve probably seen pictures of all the boxes of the tapes and everything [in the late Eddie Van Halen’s studio]. Which is miles of stuff,” he shared. Michael went further, revealing that pretty much every time the band went into the studio they “recorded everything, every idea that we had.” As for when any of that will be released, if ever, fans will just have to wait and see.
