Van Morrison has 2 New Albums on the Way

Van Morrison now has two new albums on the way.

He'll follow-up the previously announced Be Just and Fear Not: Live at Orangefield, recorded in 2014, on July 12th, with New Arrangements and Duets on September 27th.

He says the album "represents a small percentage of the huge amount of unreleased material we are hoping to roll out in the near future, rather than letting it gather dust in some archive.”

While there aren't too many details yet, it's said to include big band tracks recorded in 2014, along with duets with Willie NelsonJoss StoneCurtis Stigers and Kurt Elling that were recorded in 2018 and 2019.

Morrison is previewing the album with the release of the song “Choppin Wood.”
