Released on this day in 1977, The Grand Illusion is the seventh studio album by Styx. Featuring the hit singles "Come Sail Away" and "Fooling Yourself," as well as deeper album cuts like "Miss America," it was a worldwide smash, peaking at #6 on the US album chart and selling three million copies in the US alone. Since its release, it has sold over 6 million copies.
