Released on this day in 1981, Bella Donna is the debut solo studio album by Stevie Nicks. Featuring four hit singles including the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers-penned duet "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" as well as the Don Henley duet "Leather and Lace", and her signature song "Edge of Seventeen" and the country-tinged "After the Glitter Fades", the album reached #1 and would go on to sell more than 4 million copies in the US alone.
