KISS brought their End of the Road tour to a close last December 2nd after 250 shows over 13 legs in four years (interrupted by the pandemic).
Also in the works is a bioi-pic, Shout It Out Loud.
In 2021, KISS manager Doc McGhee told Talking Metal the he script is "about the first four years of KISS. Basically, it's before they were famous... I think it's a very interesting look at the formation of KISS, the mindset of how that came about, the social pressure that everybody was in in the '60s and '70s that brought something like KISS to the forefront, that it could actually happen. So it's a very interesting, and I think it's a well-written movie. And our partners right now is Netflix. It'll be a theatrical release, then Netflix."
Last year McGhee said it was on track to debut on Netflix this year, but nothing has been announced.
In other KISS-related news, Paul Stanley will be on hand at two New Jersey Wentworth Gallery locations next month to unveil his latest collection of paintings, hand-painted signature Ibanez guitars, mixed media originals, hand-painted acrylic sculptures and limited-edition artworks, including pieces on metal.
He'll be at the Atlantic City store inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on November 15th. and the one inside The Mall at Short Hills on the 16th.
