Metallica has donated $100-thousand for Hurricane Helene relief. The band announced that their All Within My Hands Foundation has donated $50-thousand to the World Central Kitchen and $50-thousand to Team Rubicon. The World Central Kitchen brings food and water to isolated communities. Team Rubicon, meanwhile, is a humanitarian organization that is working to provide immediate disaster relief. “Over the past week, Hurricane Helene has left a 500-mile path of destruction throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee in its wake. It is an unmitigated tragedy,” the band shares on X. They also urged their followers to find out how they can support ongoing recovery efforts.
