Led Zeppelin released their second album -- Led Zeppelin II -- 55 years ago this week in America -- October 22nd, 1969 -- nine months after their self-titled debut album.
Recorded in several studios in England and the U.S., it contains such classics as:

- "What Is and What Should Never Be"
- "The Lemon Song"
- "Thank You"
- "Heartbreaker"
- "Living Loving Maid (She's Just a Woman)"
- "Ramble On"
- "Moby Dick."
The album was a huge success, and was their first one to top the charts in America and England. It has been certified in the U.S. for sales of more than 12 million.
