Happy Birthday! Bill Wyman

Born on this day in 1936, William George Perks Jr. aka Bill Wyman, the English musician, record producer, songwriter and singer. He's best known as the bass guitarist for the Rolling Stones from 1962 until 1993, turns 88. Wyman revealed he was diagnosed with prostate cancer in March of 2016, and was expected to make a full recovery. Wyman has famously kept a diary since the WWII days, including every day he was in the Stones from 1962-1993. He also has a vast collection of memorabilia. Both the diary and the memorabilia collection are featured in the documentary about Wyman titled The Quiet One. See the trailer above.
