The Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown, has been nominated for four Screen Actors Guild Awards – Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for Timothee Chalamet; Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for Edward Norton’s portrayal of Pete Seeger; Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez; and Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. The awards will be handed out on February 23rd in Los Angeles, and it will be streamed live on Netflix.

Bob Dylan’s music catalogue is seeing a nice bump after his biopic, “A Complete Unknown,” came out. The movie follows Dylan through his early success, and stars Timothée Chalamet as the iconic rocker. During the week the movie hit ending on December 26th, Dylan’s catalogue saw 11.6-million on-demand streams. A month earlier his streams for a week were 8.1-million. That translates into the artist getting over a 100-percent increase in weekly streams in the time his movie dropped.

The Bob Dylan bio-pic A Complete Unknown only opened in theaters on Christmas, but it's already among the Top 25 top-grossing music bio-pics, according to BoxOfficeMojo.com.
In the week-and-a-half it's been out, it surpassed films on James Brown (Get on Up) - 25, The Doors - 24, Selena - 23, and pianist David Helfgott (Shine) - 22 to land at 21 with a gross of $36.2 million.
Topping the list is Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody with $910.8 million.
