Sting Cancels Multiple Shows Due to Health Issues

Sting has cancelled multiple shows due to a health issue. “On advisement from his doctor, due to illness, it is with sincere regret that Sting must cancel his appearance at the Bass Magazine Awards this Thursday,” the singer shared on his Instagram. Sting was going to accept the Lifetime Achievement Award at the event. But that’s not the only show that’s getting pushed…two more shows from his “STING 3.0” concert tour have also been impacted. The show set for Friday in Phoenix has been moved to June first, and the show set for Sunday in Wheatland has been moved to May 28th. His performance at the Cherrytree Music Company’s 20th anniversary on Saturday was also postponed to May 29th. Sting followed up in a new post on Instagram, sharing he is “steadily improving from a temporary throat infection.”
