Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson has had his share of ailments, most notably arthritis in his hands. But, he also suffered from abdominal issues related to stomach surgery in 2023, which he finally addressed in January. That's when he checked into Viva Mayr, a health resort in Austria for two weeks, and he tells us he feels "amazing!"
Lifeson adds that he cooks his own meals and uses organic products.
As for the clinic, he says it's like a hotel, but with a few exceptions.
As for music, Lifeson and his band, Envy of None, will release their second album, Stygian Wavz, on March 14th. The title track and video are out now on YouTube, along with two other tracks -- "Under the Stars" and "Not Dead Yet."
