Neil Young Announces New Album, "Talking to the Trees"

Neil Young has announced that a new album, "Talking To The Trees" is on the way, and with the announcement came the release of the second track from the project. The ten-track album will be the first studio album featuring Neil's new band, the Chrome Hearts. "Big Change" was released back in January; "Let's Roll Again" uses Woody Guthrie's melody from "This Land Is Your Land" and cranks it to 11, taking swings at Elon Musk along the way.
