Bob Seger hits a milestone this Tuesday as he celebrates his 80th birthday.
Born in Detroit on May 6th, 1945, he broke onto the national scene in 1968 with "Ramblin' Gamblin' Man," and then launched a half-dozen years as a singles-chart mainstay with "Night Moves" in 1976.
Having completed his final tour in 2019, he has sold over 75 million albums worldwide and is a Grammy winner and member of both the Rock & Roll and Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Seger married his third wife, Juanita, and they have two children -- Samantha and Cole.
