Live Aid’s 40th anniversary this Sunday – July 13th, 1985 – will be celebrated that night in a CNN four-part special. Live Aid: When Rock ’n’ Roll Took on the World, features interviews with Bob Geldof, Bono, Sting, Phil Collins and Lionel Richie.
It premieres at 8pm CST.
Meanwhile, Queen's 21-minute set will be shown for 24 straight hours on their YouTube channel starting at 12:41pm CST Sunday, which is when they took the stage -- 6:41pm in England.
In addition to the video, the Band Aid Trust and The Mercury Phoenix Trust have teamed up to offer limited-edition merchandise in aid of both charities.
