A South African safari group stopped to have a picnic in a game reserve in the Greater Kruger National Park Area when they had a closer encounter than they were planning on. The group had just seen a cheetah and were sitting down to eat when a massive crocodile came out of a nearby body of water and joined the picnic.
The group ran to their Jeep and got inside, but the croc didn’t care…he was after their cooler full of wine. The reptile drug it out into the water, where a second crocodile started a tug-of-war over the cooler. Crocodiles are responsible for killing around 300 people a year, so the group was lucky this one just wanted their cooler.
