Robert Plant, after his show with Alison Krauss on Friday at the New Orleans Jazz Fest, headed over to Preservation Hall in the French Quarter for a performance in front of about 100 people. It was part of the legendary club’s Midnight Preserve show, which features unknown acts. Along with Irma Thomas he did “Rich Girl” off of his and Alison’s 2007 album, Raising Sand, as well as Led Zeppelin’s “Black Dog.”
