Van Halen fans know all too well the infamous fallout between Sammy Hagar and late legend Eddie Van Halen. So it may please you to learn that the iconic duo made peace before Van Halen’s death in 2020.
In fact, Hagar recently revealed that he and EVH had discussed working together again. “‘Cause I’d say, ‘Ed, what are you working on,’” recalled the singer. “You know I want to get in there and work with you. Let’s write together again.”
And he says the guitarist was all for it, promising “Yeah, yeah, yeah. Next year, you know, we’ll get together, make some noise.” Sadly, Van Halen passed away in October 2020 following a long battle with cancer, leaving the rock world without one final collab between two Van Halen greats.

Congratulations to Wolfgang Van Halen and Andraia Allsop who were married at their home in Los Angeles on Sunday in front of 90 guests. Wolfgang told People that they got a DJ for the reception because "I think people's first impression is like, 'Oh, are you going to play something?' And it's like, no, that's the last thing I want to do. I'm going on tour in 11 days. I don't want to. Last thing I want to think about is playing anything."
