Michael Anthony joined Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt and their band, The Coverups, last Saturday on stage at the Tiki Bar in Costa Mesa, California to perform covers of Van Halen’s “Ain’t Talkin’ ’Bout Love” and “Dance the Night Away,” along with KISS’s "Rock and Roll All Nite." Green Day drummer Tré Cool, who is good friends with Anthony’s bandmate, Sammy Hagar, sat in on “Rock and Roll All Nite."
