New music from Queen? Brian May says it's definitely a possibility. In a new interview with "Mojo" magazine, May confirmed there is a possibility of him and his bandmates releasing new material. "I think it could happen," he said.
"Both Roger (Taylor) and I are constantly writing and coming up with ideas and doing things in our studios. I could have the beginnings of a QUEEN song right there in front of me now.
It's just whether the idea reaches maturity or not. It's whether that seed can grow."
This backs up something Taylor said to "Uncut" back in October when asked if the band would ever release new material: "I think we might."
For the record, the band (with vocalist Adam Lambert) have been together since 2011 but have never recorded anything in the studio that's been released.
