An 11 year old just became a rock sensation.
Cole Parsons of West Virginia plugged into a Jackson electric guitar at his school talent show and performed an original song, that went viral! His mother, Nici, posted the video of his performance online, and it racked up millions of views, across TikTok and Instagram.
The song, doesn’t have a title, but it sounds inspired by Randy Rhoads' galloping style, as he displays impressive technique and a great ear. Since the video, Cole has been posting riff videos online, and has attracted the attention of Mötley Crüe and Brad Arnold who shared words of praise, as Cole's been gifted Strats to aid his development.
“It’s crazy, to be honest,” Cole said. “Some of my friends don't believe me!”
Cole's looking to someday be in a band so be on the lookout.
