Metallica is teaming up with Doc Martens?!
British footwear and clothing brand Dr. Martens is creating a two-part collection, that includes graphics from their "Damaged Justice" and "Damage Inc." tours. The second release will reimagine the 1460 boot with an exclusive black-on-black version, that features the Metallica logo on the ankle and "5th Member" on the laces, which is what the band calls their fans.
The first part of the collection is out now,
"Formed in 1981, Metallica are still releasing albums that stand as cultural landmarks for a band that continues to grow and redefine itself.” The Dr. Martens web site stated. “Our new collection is a testament to the enduring impact their music has had on a global legion of fans. This is for everyone who can answer, 'How does it feel to be alive?'"
