You may remember the story....
An Irving teenager, Ahmed Mohamed brought a home made clock to MacArthur High School in September of 2015, and was arrested and charged with making a "hoax bomb."
The charge was later dropped, however Mohamed's family filed a lawsuit, claiming their son faced religious and/or racial discrimination.
Now nearly two years later, U.S. District Judge Sam A. Lindsay granted Irving, and Irving ISD a dismissal, saying there was no evidence Ahmed faced religious or racial discrimination.
Do you agree with the Judge's decision?
