As much as I would liked to have seen the Nashville Predators win their first Stanley Cup in franchise history, it wasn't meant to be.
Instead, the Pittsburgh Penguins wrapped up their second Cup in a row, and fifth in franchise history on Sunday. The Penguins became the first team to win back-to-back Cups in more than 20 years.
On Monday night, the team gathered at captain Sidney Crosby's house for a backyard 'rager' that included owner (and NHL Hall of Famer) Mario Lemieux jumping into Sid's pool, fully clothed... and in fine form, with a 'can-opener' making a big splash.
