Tempers Flare Over Confederate Monument In Paris, Texas

A controversy is brewing over a Confederate monument in Paris Texas. 

A Judge says the Lamar County courthouse monument that's been in place since 1903 is causing unnecessary pain and damaging the fabric of the community.

There was a special meeting held to learn about the monument's fate, and whether it will be moved to another location.
