Bruce Springsteen may be headed to Broadway this fall.
The New York Post reports the Boss will play an eight-week run starting in the fall at the Walter Kerr Theatre.
Apparently, Springsteen wants to play a more stripped down, intimate show, which could mean solo performances, without the E-Street Band. Bruce says he has also always wanted to play on Broadway.
The owners of the Walter Kerr theater offered Bruce the 8-week deal rent free. The theater holds just under 1000 seats.
There is also a rumor that Springsteen may be working on a Broadway musical based on his memoir, Born to Run. Would you go see that?
