Blue Bell Ice Cream is working with the Lufkin Police Department to identify a woman who was seen on social media licking a half gallon tub of "Tin Roof" Blue Bell Ice Cream and putting it back on the shelf at a local Wal Mart. A statement released by Blue Bell confirms the ice cream that was licked was never sold, and the company is taking this very seriously. An arrest warrant will be served for food tampering, a charge that carries a max sentence of 20-years in prison. Though its unlikely she'll receive any jail time, her "prank" will live in perpetuity online.
