Remembering Ray Manzarek, Gone On This Day In 2013

It was on this day in 2013 we lost the great Ray Manzarek, American musician, singer, producer, film director, and author, best known as a keyboardist and co-founder of The Doors, at the age of 74, after a battle with bile duct cancer. Manzarek recorded on every track of all eight Doors studio albums, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993.

In Ray's memory, YOU get to pick The Doors song I play today at 4:15pm with Classic Rock on Demand. VOTE HERE (voting gets underway around 3:50p)
